Returns

If you are not 100% fully satisfied with the product you have received, we will gladly replace it free of charge with one of any of our other products of equal value.

Since it takes approximately three months for the bottom layer of skin to rise to the top, you may not see the full results of the product until after one cycle of the skin renewal process. We suggest using the product for a full 3 months, before considering returning the product.

Returns Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
